Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Provide various evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to individuals, couples, and groups.

• Engage with clients to create a trusting therapeutic alliance, using exceptional interpersonal skills to facilitate open communication.

• Document client progress and maintain thorough and accurate clinical records following legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care, discussing client cases and strategies during regular team meetings.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with advancements in mental health practices and research.

Your role will involve working primarily with individuals and families facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
