Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while providing care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial consultations with clients to explore their objectives, personal preferences, and viable alternatives, laying the groundwork for personalized rehabilitation programs.

• Develop and maintain rehabilitation plans that reflect each client's academic background, skills, physical capabilities, and employment aspirations.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals—including physicians, occupational therapists, psychologists, and additional mental health experts—to design and implement client-specific rehabilitation strategies.

• Keep comprehensive case files, documenting personal information, eligibility, insurance details, provided services, communications, and client interactions.
\n
• Regularly assess and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to care plans to ensure goals are met effectively.
\n
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout their participation in job training, placement programs, and other activities, addressing any issues promptly as they arise.

• Engage with clients' families and support systems to identify and implement effective solutions to meet client needs.

• Analyze client requirements and produce timely reports to track progress and support effective treatment planning.

• Provide referrals to additional resources or services as necessary to ensure comprehensive care.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at The Peaceful Mind Counseling Center, you will work primarily with clients who may be facing mental health challenges, mood disorders, or difficulties related to rehabilitation. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license is essential for this role.

• Experience in providing mental health treatment in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse client populations.

• Exceptional clinical skills, including proficiency in motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, you will have access to a robust benefits package that includes:
