Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health statuses and tailor individualized treatment plans accordingly.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to address a wide range of mental health issues.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with individuals, families, and groups, providing a safe environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care and positive client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a varied client base including individuals facing challenges with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, encompassing different ages, backgrounds, and life experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
