Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to refine your skills and enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records, ensuring compliance with both ethical standards and state and federal regulations.

• Stay current with trends and advances in the mental health field through ongoing professional development, including workshops and training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with their caseload and experience.
