Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual and group needs, employing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to create and sustain comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
