Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing counselors to engage with clients through both telehealth and in-person sessions within an outpatient setting. Our flexible scheduling accommodates client needs while fostering work-life balance, as we are operational seven days a week from 7 am to 10 pm. Counselors will interact with a diverse range of individuals and families, contributing to the overall mental health and well-being of the community.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide personalized therapy strategies that address clients' unique needs, complemented by comprehensive evaluations and assessments.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic practices, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage in therapeutic practices with individuals, couples, families, and groups to foster inclusive mental health care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client treatment, providing a unified approach to mental health care.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples, each presenting various mental health concerns. Our approach is inclusive and client-centered, designed to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance use, among others.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is essential.

• Candidates must possess active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in counseling, preferably in a clinical context, is required.
