Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies for clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address diverse mental health issues.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic client care and follow-up.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving individuals and families who are facing various mental health challenges and may have limited access to care. You will be instrumental in offering support to those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders among other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is mandatory.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required, particularly in settings that provide direct mental health services.

• A thorough understanding of legal and ethical counseling standards is essential.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team in a multi-disciplinary approach.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems is preferred to streamline documentation and session management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
