This position allows for remote work flexibility while working closely with our Community Health Clinic staff. Our clinic serves as a safe and nurturing space for young adults aged 18 to 30, operating under a community-focused model that emphasizes collaborative and engaging treatment approaches. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will play a crucial role in our teen and young adult outpatient treatment center. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting Group Therapy: Facilitate supportive group sessions that create a safe environment for clients to connect and share their experiences, fostering a sense of community.

• Delivering Individual Therapy: Provide one-on-one counseling to clients, offering a personalized approach to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, thereby guiding them towards healthier coping mechanisms.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their personal goals and preferences, ensuring an approach tailored to their unique situations.

• Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess and document client progress using evidence-based assessment tools, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Team Collaboration: Work synergistically with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, regularly participating in case consultations and coordinating care to enhance client support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on young adults between the ages of 18 and 30 who are navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional difficulties. By utilizing both evidence-based practices and holistic approaches, you will be instrumental in guiding these individuals towards recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
