You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, ensuring comprehensive care for our patients. While we emphasize remote collaboration, occasionally, you may engage in team planning sessions or training at our local clinic in Surprise.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate patients' biopsychosocial needs through comprehensive assessments to identify treatment requirements.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and patient progress.

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, families, couples, and groups, utilizing techniques appropriate to the patient's needs.

• Act as a primary therapist for individual sessions and participate collaboratively in group therapy as a co-therapist.
\n
• Document all clinical interactions and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards to maintain accurate patient records.

• Ensure adherence to agency policies and the ethical standards required of licensed counseling professionals.

• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, providing crisis intervention and triage evaluations as needed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted LPC licensure in Arizona.

• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster connections with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
