Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for a variety of duties, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive patient intakes that encompass diagnostic and functional evaluations to inform customized treatment plans.

• Providing brief, focused mental health interventions tailored to the unique needs of each patient, emphasizing actionable and measurable outcomes.

• Collaborating with primary care providers to monitor mental health and psychosocial issues while recommending when a patient may need specialized services.

• Establishing therapeutic relationships to guide patients in achieving their treatment goals and maintaining stable functioning, including the development of relapse prevention plans.

• Initiating follow-ups to assess patient progress and adjusting treatment approaches based on individual needs.
\n
• Documenting patient interactions, diagnostic insights, and therapeutic outcomes in compliance with agency and federal guidelines.

• Advising clinic management and team members on behavioral health services and program assessment for quality improvement.
\n
• Empowering patients through education on self-management skills and lifestyle modifications while supporting their compliance with medical treatment prescribed by primary care providers.

• Maintaining adherence to the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals at all times.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 87,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, our organization offers:
