Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, adapting techniques to suit diverse client requirements.

• Work with individuals, couples, families, and groups, offering tailored counseling sessions that can adapt to unique scheduling needs and therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, involving psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure integrated care approaches for optimal client outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and secure clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems to enhance workflow efficiency.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or closely related fields is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• At least two years of experience providing counseling services, ideally in an outpatient or clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong therapeutic alliances with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, depending on your experience and client caseload. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
