Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at White Valley, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Many of our clients seek guidance and support during critical life transitions or are looking to enhance their coping skills for everyday stressors. Your role is pivotal in helping them navigate their personal journeys to mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

• A current state license as a Professional Counselor is essential for your practice.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing counseling services in a clinical or therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 per year, complemented by additional incentives such as a sign-on bonus.
