Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health statuses through initial interviews and diagnostic evaluations.

• Design individualized treatment plans that address each client’s unique challenges and therapeutic goals, integrating various therapeutic modalities as appropriate.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions via telehealth, employing evidence-based techniques and providing clients with tools to manage their conditions effectively.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure best possible outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure a holistic approach to each client’s care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid state counseling license (LPC) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise.
