Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans after comprehensive initial assessments, ensuring that each client’s specific needs and goals are prioritized.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions leveraging evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to the diverse backgrounds of clients.

• Engage effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other counselors, to coordinate care plans and address complex client needs.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with state regulations and Summer Spring Psychotherapy Center policies.
