Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Heart Share Healthcare Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead dynamic group therapy sessions designed to allow clients to share experiences and provide mutual support, fostering a sense of community and connection.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions that offer personalized counseling, helping clients explore their thoughts and feelings, develop coping mechanisms, and set actionable goals.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their specific needs, preferences, and strengths.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in behavioral health, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• A current state-issued license as a Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
