This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you to deliver high-quality counseling services while enjoying a flexible work-life balance. As part of our clinical team, you will primarily work during standard business hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of mental health diagnoses, creating tailored treatment plans that reflect individual client needs.

• Implement and monitor treatment plans while ensuring ongoing documentation of progress, including further diagnoses and case notes according to organizational policies.

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients by fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment where they feel heard and valued.

• Engage in creative therapeutic interventions that empower clients to achieve their personal goals and enhance their overall well-being.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, medical professionals, families, and school staff, to coordinate comprehensive care for each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited college or university.
