Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients’ mental health needs, establishing individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices.

• Deliver therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s needs.

• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals to ensure that clients receive comprehensive, coordinated care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergency situations, ensuring safe and effective responses.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives and educational activities to raise awareness about mental health issues and promote available resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client demographic is diverse, including individuals from various backgrounds who come to us with a wide range of mental health concerns. As a mental health therapist, you will engage with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your culturally competent approach will enable you to build strong therapeutic relationships that support our clients' unique needs while promoting overall community mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients and create a safe therapeutic environment.

• A demonstrated ability to work sensitively and effectively with diverse populations, reflecting cultural humility and awareness.

• Excellent organizational skills are necessary for maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring timely follow-up on client care.

• Experience working in community mental health settings, specifically in the delivery of remote therapy.
