Work Environment\n

This role will be set within our progressive school-based mental health program. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will collaborate with educators and parents in a fully remote environment, ensuring that students receive the behavioral health support they need. Regular business hours will be observed, but you may occasionally be required to extend your availability into evenings or weekends, based on client needs and program activities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gauge students' social, emotional, and environmental challenges, taking into account their unique circumstances.

• Engage in community outreach efforts to raise awareness about available mental health services and engage families to take proactive steps towards addressing mental health concerns.

• Participate actively in case conferences, team meetings, and professional training opportunities to enhance collaborative practices and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on serving school-aged children and their families. You will work with students experiencing an array of challenges, including anxiety, depression, learning disabilities, and behavioral issues. Our goal is to provide supportive intervention that promotes resilience, academic success, and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
