Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status through initial consultations and ongoing evaluations.

• Formulate personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices tailored to meet the specific needs of your clients.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings, aimed at empowering clients to build coping strategies and resilience.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) within our integrated system, ensuring clinical documentation meets state licensure and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to provide holistic care by referring clients to additional services as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a robust understanding of mental disorders and therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Ultimate Support Counseling Services offers an attractive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
