Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to deliver effective therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards while safeguarding client confidentiality.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the overall treatment approach for clients.

• Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to stay current with the latest developments in mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will support a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, particularly those facing barriers to accessing mental health care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
