This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home and design your own schedule. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, focusing on improving clients' mental health and overall well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will include carefully screened individuals who are stable adults experiencing low acuity mental health issues. We match you with clients based on your specialties, preferences, and demographic focus. This allows for a more meaningful therapeutic relationship and enhances the overall client experience.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Additionally, you must be fully licensed by the state of New Jersey and in good standing to practice independently without supervision. Acceptable licenses include:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package is highly competitive, with an annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 based on the number of hours worked. Full-time counselors also receive:
