Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to effectively gauge clients' mental health status and specific needs.

• Collaborate with clients to create and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual goals and circumstances.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for adults using a variety of evidence-based and solution-focused approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based techniques.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
