Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and individualized evaluations of clients' mental health needs to develop customized therapeutic strategies.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused practices.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to coordinate and enhance client care.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Rushton Health Valley Care, you will work primarily with individuals and families who may have limited access to traditional mental health services. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required for this position.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of New Jersey is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of prior experience in a counseling role, particularly in a clinical setting, is essential.
