Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, fostering strong relationships while adhering strictly to professional ethics and confidentiality.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, stability, and to discuss strategies for discharge when necessary.
\n
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans together with clients, ensuring they receive tailored therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including detailed progress notes for each client to facilitate continuous care.
\n
• Administer intake assessments to evaluate new clients and gauge their mental health needs effectively.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, following evidence-based methods to support clients in their journeys toward improved mental health.
\n
• Participate in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance professional development and address any clinical concerns.
\n
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Adopt a growth mindset to improve personal efficacy and contribute to the overall success of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Evolve Wellness Center, you will primarily work with an outpatient population that encompasses a wide range of mental health challenges across different age groups. Your clients will include individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, each with unique therapeutic needs. Your approach will prioritize creating a safe environment conducive to healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current, active, and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in using various software and systems, including spreadsheets, RMS (Resource Management System), and practice management tools like Pimsy.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services, particularly in an outpatient setting.

• Comfort in administering intake assessments and formulating diagnoses based on clinical evaluations.
