Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address clients’ unique challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to coordinate and enhance client care.

• Facilitate individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe and supportive environment for all participants.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards while ensuring client confidentiality.

• Provide short-term crisis intervention and ongoing support to clients experiencing immediate emotional distress.

Our counseling center serves a wide range of clients, including individuals coping with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
