Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, utilizing cutting-edge telehealth technology to deliver counseling services to our clients. You will engage in meaningful interactions without the constraints of traditional office hours—our full-time schedule is Monday to Friday, with no evening or weekend commitments, allowing for a better work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LPC at Northbay Wellness Clinic, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities aimed at fostering positive client outcomes:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions where clients can share experiences, develop social connections, and learn from one another in a supportive environment.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Deliver one-on-one counseling tailored to each client's needs, helping them explore their emotions, behaviors, and thought patterns while guiding them toward actionable coping strategies.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their unique aspirations and needs.

• Monitoring Progress: Utilize assessment tools to regularly evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Collaborating with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with psychologists, social workers, and support staff to provide coordinated, holistic care. This includes regular communication about client needs and consulting on complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on young adults aged 18 to 30, utilizing a comprehensive approach that includes evidence-based practices and innovative programming within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). You will empower this demographic to face their mental health challenges head-on, providing the tools and resources necessary for sustained recovery and a purposeful life.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in the state of Arizona.

• a Bachelor's Degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.

• proficient understanding of mental health issues affecting young adults.
\n
• strong communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate and insightful approach towards clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences will be considered an asset:

• Previous experience in outpatient settings or with telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, complemented by a robust benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and contributions towards professional development through continuing education units (CEUs) and free clinical supervision.
