Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations, enabling the development of tailored treatment plans that address clients' specific mental health needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients of all ages, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Engage in treatment planning and individual case management, actively collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists and social workers to deliver holistic care.

• Maintain accurate documentation of clinical records in compliance with applicable ethical standards and legal regulations, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
