Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing a variety of evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver a spectrum of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), in a manner that fosters resilience and personal growth in clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA and other regulatory standards to safeguard client privacy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

Everbright Mind Care Recovery Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience.
