Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a diverse caseload, fostering strong relationships with clients while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining boundaries.

• Conduct regular client check-ins to monitor progress, discuss stability, and determine appropriateness for discharge when applicable.

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress consistently and accurately, ensuring all notes meet compliance standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather critical background information and establish treatment goals.
\n
• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s needs.

• Engage in regular individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback on therapeutic techniques.

• Work collaboratively with an integrated healthcare team, including psychiatrists and other mental health providers, to address clients’ comprehensive needs.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Must hold an unrestricted, independent, active LPC license.

• Proficiency in using software applications such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Demonstrated capability to provide effective individual therapy to both individuals and families.

• Comfortable conducting intake assessments and developing initial therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, within a fee-for-service payment model. Our benefits include:
