Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain an active caseload of clients, building rapport through consistent interaction while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to evaluate client progress, stability, and readiness for discharge, ensuring that engagement remains client-centered and meaningful.

• Develop and implement tailored, individual treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique needs, preferences, and goals.

• Document and maintain accurate and timely progress notes for each client in accordance with regulatory requirements and clinical guidelines.

• Administer comprehensive intake assessments, establishing a solid foundation for ongoing therapeutic relationships.

• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions with clients, providing empathetic and effective treatment.

• Participate in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure quality of care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and healthcare providers to create a seamless network of support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with a diverse group of clients, ranging from children to adults, who present a wide variety of mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• At least one year of post-graduate experience providing clinical services in an outpatient setting.

• Proficiency with technology, including but not limited to, Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and scheduling.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, adapting techniques to meet the specific needs of clients.

• Comfort and competence in performing intake assessments and developing treatment plans accordingly.

• Prior experience in a community health clinic setting is a plus.

• Competitive salary ranging between $70,000 and $90,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
