This position is entirely remote, accommodating modern work arrangements that promote flexibility and convenience for both therapists and clients. Our telehealth platform integrates innovative technology to support seamless communication, allowing you to maintain a strong rapport with clients and manage caseloads efficiently while adhering to ethical standards of care. The clinic operates during standard business hours, from Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which facilitates a balanced work schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, utilizing structured interview techniques and standardized assessments.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in cooperation with clients, leveraging their individual strengths and preferences to guide therapeutic direction.

• Implement evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), modifying techniques as appropriate for specific client needs.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment modalities, and practical self-care strategies to foster a deeper understanding and encourage engagement in their therapeutic journey.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on clinical judgment and outcome metrics.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and optimization of treatment efficacy.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development initiatives aimed at enhancing skills and remaining current on best practices for mood disorder treatment.

• Advocate for clients by raising awareness about mood disorders, supporting initiatives to reduce stigma, and enhancing access to mental health resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients at Queens Cove range in age and cultural backgrounds, with a specific focus on individuals experiencing mood disorders, including depression, anxiety disorders, and bipolar disorder. Your expertise in addressing these challenges will allow you to make a meaningful impact on their mental health journey. You will also work closely with families to provide additional support and resources as needed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT and DBT, supplemented by ongoing professional development activities.

• Strong foundational knowledge of psychopharmacology and effective collaboration practices with psychiatrists and other medical personnel.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
