Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring a personalized approach for each client.

• Facilitate individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate client care and ensure comprehensive support for complex cases.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) software.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and remaining informed about the latest mental health research and trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Renewed Purpose Social Services, you will primarily serve individuals and families who face barriers to accessing mental health care. Your work will include addressing a diverse array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance utilization disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
