This position is fully remote, providing you with the flexibility to create a working environment that suits your professional style while maintaining a focus on high-quality client care. Although you will work from home, you will have access to our outpatient office for resources and collaborative meetings with the multidisciplinary team. Hours are Monday to Friday, allowing for a healthy work-life balance with no evening or weekend obligations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Conduct engaging and supportive group sessions that foster open dialogue among clients. Encourage them to share experiences, provide peer support, and learn vital coping skills from one another.

• Individual Counseling: Deliver personalized therapy sessions aimed at helping clients delve into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Collaborate with them to establish coping strategies and actionable plans for change.

• Treatment Planning: Work collaboratively to develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that specifically address the needs and aspirations of each client.

• Progress Monitoring: Consistently assess and track client progress using various evaluation tools and feedback mechanisms, ensuring that therapeutic goals are being met and adjusted as necessary.

• Collaboration: Engage actively with our multidisciplinary team by sharing insights and coordinating care to optimize client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Private Counseling Group, you will primarily work with young adults facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Your expertise will help them navigate these difficulties while promoting resilience and recovery. Your role will be crucial in creating a safe and inclusive space where clients feel valued and empowered to address their issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure is a must.

• Demonstrated experience in mental health treatment, particularly with clients managing mood disorders in residential or outpatient settings.

• A collaborative attitude and enthusiasm for participating in a team-oriented environment focused on promoting positive change.

• Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), along with documentation and reporting standards.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
