Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy using evidence-based practices tailored to client needs. For example, you may conduct weekly sessions to help clients develop coping strategies or improve relationship dynamics.

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that comply with ethical guidelines and state regulations. Documentation of progress notes and treatment outcomes will be an essential part of your role.

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active License as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Washington or be eligible for licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
