Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies for clients, ensuring a personalized approach to treatment.

• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to individuals, groups, families, and couples, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical documentation while adhering to legal and ethical standards, enabling effective tracking of client progress.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create a comprehensive care plan that addresses the multiple dimensions of clients' mental health concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Virginia.

• Minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, particularly in clinical settings.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
