Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, groups, and families, utilizing a variety of methods suited to client needs.

• Employ diverse therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to facilitate client progress.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, sharing insights and strategies to improve outcomes.

• Maintain clear and accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to remain updated on the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work closely with a diverse client population, including individuals and families struggling with various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must possess active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• At least two years of counseling experience is required, preferably in a clinical setting.
