Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized therapy strategies for each client, ensuring comprehensive assessments and evaluations to guide treatment.

• Conduct evidence-based therapeutic sessions tailored to individuals, groups, families, and couples, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic client care, attending team meetings and contributing to comprehensive care plans.

• Maintain meticulous and updated clinical documentation following legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops, training, and research discussions to stay abreast of advancements in mental health methodologies and therapeutic tools.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted LPC license in New Jersey or another state.

• A Bachelor's degree is required; however, a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is preferred and more likely to be accepted.

• At least two years of counseling experience in a clinical context is necessary for application.

• Proficiency in working with adult populations, with a specialty in families, couples therapy, substance abuse, or trauma-oriented therapies being advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Liberty Behavioral Healthcare Clinic offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, alongside an attractive signing bonus upon joining our team.
