Our clinic primarily serves a diverse patient population seeking outpatient mental health services. Counselors will work with clients on an appointment basis, utilizing a digital platform for therapy sessions that accommodates a variety of client schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans that address clients’ specific needs.

• Provide a range of evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, among others.

• Engage in regular case consultations with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems for organization.

• Stay updated on current research and developments in mental health, taking advantage of opportunities for professional growth through workshops and seminars.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve individuals, couples, families, and groups from varied backgrounds, many of whom may be experiencing challenges related to trauma, substance use, and relationship issues. Your role will involve fostering a safe client environment that encourages openness, understanding, and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing counseling services, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.

• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 based on your caseload and experience. Benefits include:
