Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and tailor personalized treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality therapy sessions, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, or family systems therapy to support individuals, couples, and families.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, working closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic treatment strategies for clients.

• Participate actively in clinic staff meetings, workshops, and continuing education activities to stay updated with the latest developments in the field of mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will be equipped to serve a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
