Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and circumstances.

• Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy utilizing proven therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Engage in regular consultation with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for each client.

• Document clinical interactions and maintain accurate client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities and workshops to stay informed about current trends and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted State of New Jersey licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
