Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy plans for clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, adapting approaches based on client needs.

• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to remain updated on the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with clients who have limited access to mental health resources. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use disorders, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines within the field of mental health.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse client backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, based on experience and caseload.
