Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide integrated, holistic care for clients facing complex challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado, ensuring you are compliant with all state regulations.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting, demonstrating your ability to work effectively with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
