Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with clients in hospice care, including terminally ill patients and their families. Your role will focus on providing emotional support, facilitating discussions around end-of-life care, and helping clients navigate grief and loss. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or a closely related field is required.

• Valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC) designation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
