Key Responsibilities\n

• Guide individuals and families in developing effective coping skills and strategies for addressing their challenges in a constructive manner.

• Engage clients through thoughtful questioning to help them articulate and understand their feelings and behaviors.

• Craft personalized treatment plans that target issues such as family dynamics, behavioral patterns, and other personal struggles unique to each client.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ needs through video conferencing, utilizing our user-friendly technology platform.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure the highest level of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individual adults seeking therapy for a variety of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, and other behavioral health disorders. Your expertise will empower clients to navigate their mental health journeys, providing them with the tools necessary for self-improvement and recovery. You will collaborate with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent care tailored to their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in clinical psychology or counseling.

• Active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license issued by the State of California.

• Strong understanding of mental health principles, treatment methodologies, and rehabilitation procedures.

• Proficient in using technology as a clinical tool, particularly video-conferencing software.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions.

• Experience working with individual adults experiencing mental health disorders, preferably including depression and anxiety.
