Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing you to conduct sessions from the comfort of your home while also having the opportunity to provide face-to-face therapy in our outpatient office setting. Our facility is equipped with the necessary resources to support both patient care and staff development. We maintain a flexible schedule, operating from 7 am to 10 pm seven days a week, allowing you to design a work-life balance that suits you.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Divine & Associates, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' trauma backgrounds and current mental health needs.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that emphasize trauma recovery, resilience-building, and therapeutic progress.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to foster healing and coping strategies.

• Leading individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process traumatic experiences and develop essential life skills.
\n
• Collaborating with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate integrated, holistic care for clients.

• Providing crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educating patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources, enhancing their support systems.

• Maintaining precise and confidential documentation per legal and ethical standards while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

• Participating in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development focused on trauma-informed care practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse client population, which may include children, adolescents, and their families who have experienced trauma. You will tailor your approach to meet individual needs, ensuring cultural sensitivity and understanding of unique backgrounds. A wide array of issues may be addressed, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and behavioral challenges.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
