Work Environment\n

This position allows for flexible remote work, drawing on technology to connect with clients. You will be based out of Ontario, California, yet engage with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and locations. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to understand client needs and background.

• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with identified goals.

• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Utilize a culturally competent, trauma-informed care approach while interacting with clients, ensuring a safe therapeutic environment.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes within our secure electronic health records (EHR) system with accuracy and efficiency.

• Engage in clinical supervision, conference sessions, and additional training opportunities to further develop your clinical practice.

• Advocate for client needs and progress within a collaborative, wraparound care model to ensure comprehensive support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPCC will work with a diverse array of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families who face various emotional and behavioral challenges. Whether clients are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues, your expertise will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, individualized care. Your ability to build rapport and trust will be crucial in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active LPCC license in California; Associate LPCC under supervision or AMFT/ASW candidates are also welcome to apply.

• Strong foundation and familiarity with evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care are essential.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to effectively engage with clients from varied backgrounds.

• A passion for social justice, mental health activism, and accessibility in care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two years of experience in mental health counseling, preferably within outpatient, telehealth, or community mental health settings.

• Experience working with high-acuity clients, teens, or providing couples therapy is highly valued.

• Familiarity with advanced therapeutic modalities such as EMDR or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a plus.

• Interest in engaging in clinical supervision and contributing to program development initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, along with productivity incentives. Full-time employees will benefit from a comprehensive package that includes:
