Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working closely with diverse populations, particularly those facing significant barriers to accessing mental health services. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the State of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
