• Build your client roster with the support of marketing initiatives and client referrals, ensuring a steady flow of new cases.

• Utilize comprehensive assessments to tailor treatment plans that align with the unique goals and preferences of your clients.

• Engage in real-time client consultations, providing customized support and actionable insights to enhance their care experience.

• Instantly verify client insurance benefits to eliminate delays in service access, facilitating a seamless experience for both you and your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a diverse patient population, focusing on individuals requiring mental health services and support for substance use disorders. Your expertise in understanding a range of behavioral health diagnoses will be critical to developing effective intervention strategies and fostering healing relationships with clients.

Qualifications\n

• A current license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or a related field is essential to meet the clinical demands of the role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 , commensurate with experience and caseload.
