Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients’ mental health needs, utilizing your expertise in clinical judgment.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique goals and circumstances.

• Engage with clients through multiple communication methods, providing therapy sessions via video or phone calls, and using digital tools for goal setting and tracking.

• Ensure consistent follow-up and assessment of client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal LPCC will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adult clients experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), relationship challenges, and grief. Our platform exclusively screens and refers patients presenting with these manageable criteria, ensuring that you can focus your expertise on specific client demographics without the stress of handling severe mental health crises or pediatric cases.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• A full, independent LPCC license in the state of California is mandatory and must be free of any disciplinary actions.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year for full-time counselors.
