Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand each client's unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans that guide the therapy process.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group sessions utilizing evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Collaborate in team meetings with multidisciplinary professionals to discuss case management and share best practices for client care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and ongoing training sessions to further enhance your clinical skills and ensure high-quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Health Aura Therapy Center, you will primarily support adult clients experiencing depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders. We emphasize an evidence-based approach to therapy, ensuring that our methods are grounded in the best practices for mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field, with a valid and active LPCC license in California.

• Strong experience practicing independently without direct supervision.
